Trick my Moped

I am looking for ideas on ways to customize my scooter. I am looking for vinyl decals that are black that will add a touch of flair...I want it to look like a zebra but cannot find a shop that has kits pre made. maybe a knit seat cover or something furry. I have seen some great tassles for bike handel bars but I'm not sure how safe they would be with the brakes...ideas?
